My husband and I just returned from an 8 week trip that began in Melbourne to Romania, Italy, Colorado Springs and Canada. From the very first time speaking with Liam there has been nothing but professionalism. Liam planned our trip around the world using Premium Economy for cheaper than any economy trip I could have planned and was organised within 3 days. I cannot speak highly enough of his attention to detail. Having used other travel agents in the past this experience was like chalk and cheese. We can't wait to book our next trip for 2024. We recently booked a trip to Europe for our family in 2026. The service we received from Kerri (flights) and Kristy (accommodation and tours etc) was of the highest quality. We have used Roundabout for a number of trips and everything has gone always smoothly and the accommodation and tours have been excellent. We were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Joe, a Team Leader, at RoundAbout Travel. Our initial tentative online enquiry soon led to a detailed round the world flight itinerary and final confirmation with etickets issued within 2/3 working days. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and we were totally wowed by his attention to detail which is essential for any complex travel booking. The One World ticket for a 70 day trip was very keenly priced including most seat allocations and luggage. Joe did all the work. We are now left to enjoy the trip. We can definitely recommend Round About Travel and will certainly use them again in future.

Benny is an absolute legend. If you want a travel agent who’s proactive, genuinely knowledgeable, and truly puts your needs first, he’s your guy. We’d booked a round‑the‑world ticket before using Roundabout Travel, but had no idea there were capped miles involved. Benny not only explained everything clearly, he managed to squeeze in three extra flights within our allowance. We ended up with 12 flights in total — even Benny seemed impressed! It was a win–win from start to finish. We’ve already recommended him to friends and will keep doing so. Thanks, Benny — you’ve been a breath of fresh air.

I am a very experienced traveler booking hundreds of flights over the past 50 years and I found RoundAbout Travel and their representative Kerrie Virgona to be equal to the best I have used.
